For over 13 years we've provided personalized healthcare through our unique combination of acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and integrative therapies, helping patients rebalance, revitalize, and heal by harnessing the natural power of their body. The Role We're currently recruiting a dedicated and talented in-house Massage Therapist. This is a new service at our clinic, and you'll be supported by a dedicated team who manage office administration, scheduling, and billing, so you can focus on patient care. You'll treat a diverse range of conditions and chief complaints, providing both targeted pain management and general therapeutic bodywork, including alternative therapies such as cupping. A key component of this position is providing fertility, prenatal, postnatal, and comprehensive women's health massage, as well as therapeutic massage for chronic pain management. About You You're looking for an environment where you can build meaningful, lasting therapeutic relationships with patients as part of a collaborative, specialized care team. You work autonomously and follow clinical processes with precision, while also valuing being part of a team. You bring established professional massage therapy experience and a genuine, sincere passion for holistic medicine, ready to step into clinical work from day one. Position Requirements Active Maryland license to practice massage therapy. Established professional experience providing massage therapy; this is not an entry-level position. Demonstrated comfort, capability, and interest in fertility, prenatal and women's health massage. Experience with therapeutic techniques for chronic pain management, such as deep tissue, myofascial release, or trigger point therapy. Diligent and detailed treatment notes and patient documentation after each session.

Schedule:

24 hours per week to start (four 6-hour shifts). Ideal availability includes Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, Fridays, and Saturdays, with some flexibility for the right candidate.

Example schedule:

Tuesdays & Thursdays 12pm-6pm, Fridays 10am-4pm, Saturdays 9am-3pm.

Compensation and Benefits Compensation:

$40 + tips per 60-minute massage; $60 + tips per 90-minute massage, with a guaranteed wage for all shift hours. Note this is a W-2 role, not independent contractor status. 24 hours of annual PTO (available after 6 months of employment) 3%
