Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and treatment goals Provide a variety of massage therapies including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques tailored to each client Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to support ongoing wellness Maintain detailed treatment records, documenting patient progress and treatment plans accurately Ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations and licensing requirements Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff when necessary to optimize patient outcomes Promote excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns with professionalism Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification to practice legally Proven experience in patient service, with strong skills in patient assessment and communication Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Solid understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred Knowledge of customer service principles and the ability to foster positive client relationships Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices •
