Licensed Massage Therapist

The TheraKneads Experience We're growing and looking for Licensed Massage Therapists who want to stay busy, make good money, and not feel micromanaged. We are now hiring for our Westminster and Eldersburg locations. This isn't a place where you're rushed through sessions or treated like a number. It's a space where you can focus on your clients, build real relationships, and actually enjoy coming to work. We are owned by a massage therapist who started hands-on and worked her way up, so we actually get what this work feels like day to day. The "Go-Home" Policy & Schedule We value your time. Your shift is based on your booked services. Once your last client is done and your notes are finished, you're free to head home—no sitting around for "on-call" hours if you aren't booked. Build your own schedule (Open 7 days—evenings and weekends needed especially) Choose your break times (15 or 30 min—you decide) Consistent client flow (no fighting for bookings)

Pay & Benefits Commission:

Starting at 40% per service, scaling up to 50% based on output.

Total Earning Potential:

$50 - $85 per hands-on hour (includes commission + tips). W-2

$50.00 - $90.00 per hour
