Our collaborative team includes Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Acupuncturists, and Osteopathic Manual Medicine (OMM) providers , all working together within an integrated care model. We prioritize understanding the root cause of dysfunction, coordinating care across disciplines, and giving clinicians the time and support needed to do meaningful work. Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist trained in Upledger Craniosacral Therapy and/or Lymphatic Drainage techniques who is excited to work in a clinical, multidisciplinary setting with a diverse and complex patient population. This role goes beyond traditional massage therapy and offers the opportunity to employ craniosacral therapy and lymphatic draingage techniques as well as other manual therapy techniques while developing stronger clinical reasoning skills with complex patients. Applicants must have training in one of the above disciplines and further training in the other can be provided. We provide structured onboarding and mentorship, including patient-population-specific manual therapy and clinical training . Key Responsibilities Provide individualized, patient-centered craniosacral therapy with longer appointment times that allow for comprehensive assessment and treatment. Assist in the management of musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders utilizing Craniosacral Therapy. Participate in and support manual therapy interventions under collaborative clinical models. Work closely with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, PTs, Acupuncturists, and OMM providers to ensure coordinated care plans. Participate in internal education, case reviews, and clinical learning sessions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Qualifications Licensed Massage Therapist (eligible for Maryland and/or Virginia licensure) Trained in Upledger Institute Craniosacral Therapy (minimum CS1 course completion) and/or Certification in Lymphatic Drainage techniques Strong interest in clinical care, rehabilitation, and working with complex patient populations. Interest in manual therapy and movement-based treatment approaches (training provided). Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
