  • Part-time, Full-time Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist/ Nails Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will provide exceptional therapeutic massage services to clients, focusing on their individual needs and wellness goals. Your expertise in various massage/ nails techniques will help promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. You will play a vital role in enhancing the client experience through excellent patient service and professional care. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand clients' health history, concerns, and treatment goals. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and feedback. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively address pain management and occupational health issues. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments. Stay informed about the latest trends in massage therapy and med spa practices to enhance service offerings. Qualifications Valid massage therapy/ nails tech license or certification from an accredited program. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and various massage / nails techniques. Experience in patient service with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with pain management strategies and occupational health practices is preferred. Previous experience in a med spa setting is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning new techniques.
