Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on medical history and physical condition. Provide personalized massage therapy sessions aimed at pain management, injury recovery, and relaxation. Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare standards. Educate patients on self-care practices and occupational health strategies to enhance ongoing wellness. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients at all times. Stay updated with the latest techniques and industry best practices through continuous education and professional development. Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with valid licensure in massage therapy. Strong patient service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and care. Experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage. Prior work in med spa settings or occupational health environments is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively assess patient needs and explain treatment procedures.
