Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand health history, symptoms, and treatment goals Educate clients on pain management strategies, physiological responses, and post-treatment care to optimize results Maintain detailed treatment records in compliance with medical terminology and anatomy knowledge standards Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to occupational health guidelines and sanitation protocols Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff when necessary to support patient recovery plans Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client concerns and delivering empathetic care that exceeds expectations Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing Proven experience in client service, client assessment, and applying advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy preferred but not required Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management Prior experience working is highly preferred but not required Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment benefits and health practices Commitment to occupational health standards and maintaining a safe treatment environment Passion for helping others achieve wellness through professional massage therapy practices Ability and passion to work as part of a team Embark on a rewarding career where your skills directly contribute to improving lives.
