Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans Educate clients on self-care practices and pain management strategies to enhance ongoing wellness Maintain detailed documentation of treatments provided and client progress in compliance with licensing standards Ensure a welcoming, comfortable environment that prioritizes client service and satisfaction Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff as needed to support comprehensive patient care Skills Proven experience in client service with a focus on personalized care is preferred, but not required Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and occupational health practices Excellent patient assessment skills to identify specific needs and customize treatments accordingly Exceptional customer service skills that foster trust and rapport with clients Knowledge of pain management techniques and holistic wellness approaches Prior experience is highly desirable, but not required Ability and desire to work in a team setting Join us to elevate the healing experience for every client!
