Responsibilities Deliver personalized massage sessions for each client. Build strong client relationships through communication and care. Keep massage rooms cleaned and stocked. Rebook clients and recommend wellness routines. Document session notes and client progress accurately. Maintain up-to-date certifications and professional growth. Consistently maintain a high rebooking rate and client retention. Earn positive reviews and client feedback reflecting exceptional care and professionalism. Grow a loyal base of repeat clients who refer friends and family.
