In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of massage techniques. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and injury recovery Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans when necessary Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist (LMT) or equivalent certification with active licensing status Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on patient assessment and personalized care delivery Proficiency in advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse clients Familiarity with occupational health principles and best practices for maintaining client safety and comfort Prior experience working in a medical spa or similar setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for continuous learning is essential Join us in creating a healing environment where clients feel valued, cared for, and empowered on their wellness journey.
