We offer a steady flow of clients, a peaceful environment, and strong earning potential. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. We are looking for therapists who are serious about their career and ready to work in a high-performance environment. Compensation & Structure 1099 Independent Contractor Commission-based pay (discussed during interview based on experience) 100% tips go directly to therapist High client volume = strong earning potential Payments issued twice monthly Basic Responsibilities Provide massage services (deep tissue, relaxation, therapeutic) Customize sessions based on client needs Help clients with pain relief, stress, and muscle tension Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms Complete simple session notes Be on time and follow schedule Basic Requirements Active Massage Therapy License (required) Strong hands-on skills and technique Professional, reliable, and respectful Good communication and customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy spa Why Join Us Busy spa with consistent bookings Supportive and professional environment Opportunity to grow and build a strong client base Flexible full-time or part-time shifts available
