• Must be licensed with the State of MI
• Ability to perform a variety of massage modalities including, but not limited to: deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal and relaxation
• Confident and professional demeanor
• Conduct intake assessment on all new clients, to determine specific areas of focus or precautions
• Maintain confidentiality as well as sensitivity during client interactions
• Keep massage areas organized, clean and inviting
• Maintain clean linens and refilling of supplies
• Participate in staff meetings when needed
• Required to remain calm when adversity is encountered
• Ability to interact with co-workers, Doctors, patients, and the public in a professional and effective, courteous, and tactful manner, at all times, physically, verbally and in all written and electronic communication
• Ability to adapt and maintain focus in fast paced, quickly changing or stressful situations
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds We are looking to add another motivated massage therapist to our office.
