Job Overview We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team, providing therapeutic massage services that promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' health while working in a supportive, patient-centered environment. All positions are paid, ensuring you are valued for your expertise and dedication. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop customized treatment plans. Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments. Educate patients on pain management techniques, occupational health practices, and self-care strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and session details in compliance with healthcare standards. Ensure a comfortable, relaxing environment that prioritizes patient safety and satisfaction during each session. Stay current with industry best practices and certifications to continually enhance your skills.
