Schedule:

Part-time, 25 hours per week, Tuesday•Saturday.

Morning Shift:

9:45 AM•3:15

PM Evening Shift:

2:45 PM•8:15

PM Compensation:

Training Period:

$15 per hour Post-Training (After 90 days of paid work experience): $20/hour

Commission:

5% on all package sales (excluding referrals)

100% gratuity

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled State of Michigan Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. This is a wonderful opportunity for those looking to begin or further their career in massage therapy and wellness services, in a supportive and professional spa environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide a variety of massage and spa services, including but not limited to: Custom Massage Hot Stone Therapy Body Wraps and Scrubs Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage Post-Operative Lymphatic Drainage Wellness Lymphatic Massage Celluma LED Light Therapy for Pain Relief Use of Professional Massage Gun Other Specialty Spa and Massage Services as required Conduct professional intakes and maintain detailed SOAP notes. Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workspace. Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards in all client interactions. Participate actively in learning sessions, spa meetings, and pursue additional certifications as required. Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to maintain a harmonious spa environment.

Qualificaons:

Valid State of Michigan Massage Therapist License. No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to learning, professional growth, and team collaboration. Flexibility to work morning or evening shifts as scheduled.
