Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored massage therapy plans Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, swedish massage, hot stone massage, and other modalities aimed at pain management and muscle relaxation Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate treatment options for ongoing wellness Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients by following sanitation protocols and occupational health standards Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and relevant medical terminology to enhance service quality Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally Proven experience in providing patient-centered massage therapy within a spa setting Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health Hands-on experience with deep tissue, swedish, and hot stone massage Prior work in spas or wellness clinics is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships with clients Join us to make a positive difference in people's lives through healing touch and expert care.
