Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Responsibilities:

Design specific massage treatment plans based on a client's individual needs. Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude. Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships. Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Requirements:

Ability to obtain a massage therapy license in Plymouth or Maple Grove. Ability to carry liability insurance (e.g., ABMP, AMTA). Must communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff. Knowledge of Swedish massage is required. Hand & Stone offers training in various modalities for team members, including Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Craniosacral, Myofascial, and Neuromuscular techniques. Understanding and belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

Compensation:

$53500 per hour - $89750 per hour
