Educate clients on pain management strategies, occupational health practices, and self-care routines to support ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with medical terminology standards. Ensure a safe, comfortable environment by adhering to hygiene protocols and respecting client confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes and enhance client satisfaction. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to continually improve your skills. Qualifications Proven experience in patient service, customer service, or healthcare settings, preferably within a med spa or wellness center. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Skilled in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for effective pain management. Ability to assess patient needs accurately through detailed evaluation and active listening. Familiarity with occupational health principles and best practices for maintaining client safety and comfort. Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for practicing massage therapy.
