Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a med spa setting to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the treatment area. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to effectively assess client needs. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to occupational health and patient service. Proficiency in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Understanding of pain management strategies to assist clients in their wellness journey. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism.
