YOU ARE:

A Massage Therapist who enjoys providing high levels of outstanding, personalized care through massage therapy. Your commitment to self-care and wellness means you have deep interests and could host occasional workshops. You understand that successful self-care services are not "one and done", and you are committed to growing your client base while working to retain existing clients. This position includes facilitating and guiding our class-based rest + recovery services we call our Slow Down Sessions as well as contributing to our content + community based membership.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Prepare treatment rooms before each session, ensuring ambiance, supplies, and equipment meet brand standards Maintain room hygiene and sanitation between and after all sessions Assist with housekeeping needs in Bloom's public spaces. Conduct post-treatment follow-up with clients to assess needs and encourage rebooking Support the launch of new service offerings that align with market trends and brand vision Work to create relationships with clients, growing brand awareness and client retention Create and facilitate in-person rest + recovery sessions When appropriate, host clients or members at workshops, creating engaging and transformative participant experiences Assist with any needed logistics, materials, and configuration workshop formats Contributions to our self-care based membership program

COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT

Participate in regular internal business meetings Follow up on action items from all stakeholder meetings Attend brainstorming sessions for service creation or new products When appropriate, engage with Marketing Assistant to highlight services, open time slots, expertise, etc. for social media content.

COMMITMENT

Part-Time, 15-25 hours a week

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Licensed massage therapist in the state of Missouri 2-3 years of experience preferred Background and training in at least one advanced technique/modality (like lymphatic drainage, mayofascial release, etc) A current Missouri massage business license Proof of your own LLC formation in Missouri

COMPENSATION

Bloom pays 50% commission on all services. Our approach to service charges are an all-inclusive model, meaning tip is pre-determined and included in the overall cost. Service pricing is high-end and based on experience and education Meetings and workshops will be paid at an hourly rate. Flexible schedule (Bloom currently looking for a massage therapist to fill flexible hours on Tuesday evenings, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays).
