Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide professional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans, combining technical skill with compassionate care. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend ongoing wellness strategies for pain management and injury prevention Maintain detailed records of treatments, client progress, and medical history in compliance with privacy regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting treatment environment that adheres to health and safety standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff as needed to support comprehensive patient care Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education to enhance skills and service quality Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills In-depth knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Proficiency in various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans Experience in pain management strategies and occupational health practices Prior med spa experience is highly desirable for understanding aesthetic and therapeutic treatments Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Our clinic primarily serves Veterans Affairs (VA) patients. This means therapists are not responsible for sourcing or building their own client base—appointments are provided, allowing you to focus fully on delivering quality care. Pay:
$30.00 - $57.00 per hour
