Qualifications/Responsibilities:

The Massage Therapist administers professional massage and body treatments to our guests. They must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa's specific massage and body treatment offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests. They must hold and maintain a current state license. Advanced knowledge of basic Massage modalities. Ability to perform exceptional massage and body treatments. Minimum of two years of experience as a massage therapist preferred. Fully prepared on each and every treatment based on Sojourn protocols Strong communication skills. Educate guests on services and products used during service. Ensure each guest is happy, cared for, and demonstrate exceptional customer service to exceed our guests' expectations. Assist in other areas when not in treatment sessions - a willingness to do any and every task that will provide a phenomenal guest experience and help make our business a success. Maintain organization of the treatment rooms, prep areas, and changing lounges Observe all Sojourn Spa policies and procedures. Ensure proper cleaning, lighting, music and aromatherapy. Willingness to be a positive team member. Tuesday-Friday Pay:

Ranges based on hours. Commission and gratuity based pay. $35 - $50 per hour + gratuities
