Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Apply advanced techniques such as pain management strategies and occupational health practices to enhance client outcomes Educate clients on self-care routines, stretching exercises, and lifestyle modifications for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with medical standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and industry regulations Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification and registration Proven experience in patient service, customer service, and patient assessment skills Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to industry standards Join us in delivering transformative wellness experiences!
