Spa & Goods for Your Whole Being is a holistic spa and wellness shop in Kansas City. The Role We're looking for a licensed massage therapist who genuinely loves their craft and wants to be part of something bigger than a table and a timer. This is a part time position with required weekday and weekend availability. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional, therapeutic bodywork that clients can feel a real difference from Maintain a clean, calm treatment space including room resets between clients Handle spa laundry as part of your regular workflow Build real relationships with guests through thoughtful follow up and direct communication Educate clients on services, products, and membership options that support their ongoing care Show up as a collaborative, self motivated team member who contributes to the full guest experience What We're Looking For Valid Missouri Massage Therapy License A genuine commitment to holistic healing and intentional touch Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence Detail oriented and willing to go above and beyond for guests and teammates Comfortable having natural conversations around memberships and ongoing wellness care A team first mindset with the ability to work independently when needed Benefits Employee discount Paid sick time Professional development support
