Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about holistic wellness and possess a deep understanding of Ayurvedic or Holistic principles. As a Massage Therapist at our spa, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized treatments that promote relaxation, alleviate stress, and enhance overall well-being. We will provide Ayurvedic Training.

Duties:

• Perform various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other modalities as needed
• Assess clients' needs and customize massage treatments accordingly
• Provide recommendations for ongoing treatment plans based on clients' conditions and goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Stay informed about current trends and advancements in the field of massage therapy
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of client information
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist
• Proficiency in trigger point therapy, acute pain management, deep tissue massage, and other relevant techniques
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess clients' conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Experience with physical examinations and occupational health is a plus
