Massage Therapist

Licensed Massage Therapist We are a fast-paced, fully established medical spa located in the Charlotte/Ballantyne area and we are seeking an enthusiastic Massage Therapist to join our team! As a Massage Therapist at Voci Medspa, you will provide high-quality massage therapy services to our clients. You will assess clients' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and utilize various techniques to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and enhance overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform therapeutic massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and specialty massages. Lymphatic drainage, prenatal, and/or reflexology is a plus. Conduct client assessments to determine individual needs and preferences. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide self-care recommendations. Maintain accurate medical records, consent forms, and visit notes detailing appointments, treatment plans, and medical history for each client.

Key Requirements:

Valid NC Massage Therapy license Certification from an accredited massage therapy program. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or similar environment is a plus. Clear understanding of HIPAA and OSHA standards and expectations Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well in a team environment Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. All Massage Therapists work every other Saturday (9-5) and 2 evening shifts per week. Mon-Fri shifts are either 9-2:30 or 3-8pm.
