In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and professional care. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Provide education on self-care practices Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment adhering to all health and safety standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care when necessary Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance service quality Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally Proven experience in patient service with excellent customer service skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Skilled in patient assessment and developing customized treatment plans based on individual needs Experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques preferred Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in a professional manner Join us if you're eager to bring your expertise into a thriving wellness community where your skills can truly make a difference.
