We are passionate about helping guests feel restored — body and soul. This is a W-2 employee position with pay per booked massage hour, plus tips. Compensation is based on experience, modalities, availability, and role fit. This role may begin with Saturdays and/or as-needed coverage, with the opportunity to add consistent days over time as demand supports. What You'll Do Deliver customized therapeutic massage, including deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, and relaxation massage Create a calm, professional guest experience from intake to home-care guidance Maintain excellent sanitation and accurate session notes Collaborate with the team to delight guests and encourage rebooking What You Bring Active NC LMBT license required Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain Dependability for scheduled shifts and/or coverage as needed Warm, service-minded approach and alignment with our guest-first standards Schedule & Growth Per-diem/on-call coverage for vacations, call-outs, and busy periods Start with one day per week or coverage-based shifts, with no guaranteed hours initially Grow into additional days as your clientele builds and demand increases Compensation & Perks Pay per booked massage hour, plus tips Retail commission opportunities Employee discounts on services and products Supportive environment focused on quality care, not volume Our Spa Culture We are a faith-inspired spa rooted in kindness, grace, and integrity.
