Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and other modalities. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with state regulations and industry best practices. Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and record keeping. Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, explaining treatment options clearly, and ensuring a relaxing experience. Assist with front desk duties including greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries via social media management tools. Maintain a clean, organized treatment area and ensure all equipment is sanitized after each use. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in bodywork modalities. Proven experience delivering various massage techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, or sports massage in a spa or med spa setting. Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
