We pride ourselves on providing a calm, welcoming environment where clients feel supported and practitioners are empowered to do their best work. As our massage clientele continues to grow, we are seeking a talented and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. What You'll Do Provide customized massage therapy sessions based on each client's individual needs Deliver exceptional client care and create a welcoming, therapeutic experience Maintain accurate and timely treatment notes Educate clients on recovery, self-care, and wellness strategies Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional standards Collaborate with the Moon Tides team to support comprehensive client wellness Qualifications Required Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License Professional liability insurance Strong communication and client relationship skills Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor Preferred Experience with therapeutic, deep tissue, prenatal, sports, or recovery-focused massage Interest in holistic and integrative wellness Existing clientele is a plus, but not required What We Offer ✓ Beautiful, peaceful treatment environment ✓ Flexible scheduling ✓ Established wellness practice with referral opportunities ✓ Supportive and collaborative culture ✓ Opportunity to build a loyal client base ✓ Autonomy and independence as a contractor ✓ 50% commission plus 100% of tips The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people feel their best, takes pride in delivering exceptional care, and wants to be part of a practice focused on genuine healing and long-term wellness.
