Job Description

The Spa at Kilaga Springs is a luxury boutique spa nestled within a beautiful retirement community that provides an Extraordinary Spa Experience to all our guests in a unique and cutting-edge membership-based program. We feature an amazing resort-style experience including Skin, Massage, and Nail services that offer high-quality treatments in a luxurious spa setting. We are currently seeking Licensed Massage Therapists who are motivated, passionate, talented, career-minded professionals to join our team. We are searching for individuals who can deliver an outstanding level of customer service that creates life-long customers to join our incredibly gifted team of Spa Professionals.
Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Consistently provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a relaxing environment for guests.
  • Responsible for setting up the treatment rooms according to procedures and disposing of laundry in a timely manner.
  • Begin and end treatments at the scheduled time and ensure correct treatment procedures are followed at all times.
  • Ensure all guests depart with a completed prescription form after each and every service.
  • Strive to consistently encourage upgrades and produce a minimum of 25% conversions to retail sales on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is maintained in a safe manner.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies as outlined by State Board.
  • Perform 30, 60 and 90-minute massages and body treatments as required. Job Requirements
  • Current California State License or CAMTC Certification
  • CPR and First Aid certifications required
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
  • Frequent standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, sitting, lifting, and carrying up to 20lbs
  • Ability to perform 4 massages in a row
  • We are a smoke-free environment
  • Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
Additional Compensation:
We have a very competitive price structure. Pay varies per treatment time and service type. (Hourly rate, service and retail commissions, and tips). Earning potential - Unlimited!!!
Schedule Requirements:
5 hour to 8-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday Spa is open 10 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. M-F and Saturdays 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
