THE JOB:

Bring relaxation to life and lead by example. As a Lead Massage Therapist, you'll create a welcoming, rejuvenating environment where every guest feels valued and cared for. Through personalized service and thoughtful attention, you'll transform each visit into an unforgettable experience that inspires guests to return again and again.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies Ensure spa guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in massage modalities including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Stone, and related body services, per treatment and department protocols Provide input into the research, development, evaluation, implementation, and ordering of new treatments, protocols and professional product lines Coordinate and facilitate training of all new hires of all appropriate protocols provided in spa and salon facility, as well as assists in the monitoring, coaching and continuing education of the Massage Therapist team to ensure established treatment and safety protocols are consistently met Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

High School Diploma or GED is Required 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience is Required

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is: $13.00 This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
