Job Description
We are a yoga + wellness studio looking for an experienced and ambitious massage therapist. You will be sharing this room with other holistic service providers. This is the perfect position for someone that already has a clientele but not ready to run their own space entirely paying costly rents. Hours are flexible, though we are looking for someone who is available at least 2-3 shifts per week, including Sundays.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing bookings as well as being able to check clients in, and out using our Momence app, as well as rebooking clients. Ability to arrive 30 minutes prior to your first service to set up your room in time to greet your client. Maintain cleanliness of the treatment room in respect for your fellow practitioners as well as the studio. Keeping within the time frame of your service (if your client is late and there's nobody scheduled after, that is up to your discretion to cut or extend their service time).Job Requirements:
Must be an NJ state licensed massage therapist. Provide your own liability insurance. Customer service oriented with the ability to properly communicate with clients, management, and fellow staff. Experienced in a variety of techniques including but not limited to:- Active Release Therapy
- Cranial Sacral
- Shiatsu
- Trigger Point
- Myofacial Release
- Prenatal
- Deep Tissue A self starter who may have their own clientele already but if not, highly ambitious and ready to grow one on their own. Knowledge and a willingness to promote yourself with:
- Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.
