Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client-specific concerns. Maintain detailed treatment records, noting patient responses and progress for future reference. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and industry standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff when necessary to support comprehensive patient care. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and delivering personalized treatments that exceed expectations. Requirements Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology. Certification or licensure as required by state or local regulations for massage therapy practice. Strong skills in patient service, assessment, and communication to build trust and rapport with clients. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
