This role requires exceptional client care, strong communication skills, and adherence to sanitation and professional standards. Key Responsibilities Provide a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other specialty modalities (as trained and certified). Conduct client consultations to assess health history, needs, and desired outcomes. Recommend appropriate massage treatments and aftercare guidance to support client wellness goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing treatment area in compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Uphold all state licensing laws and regulations related to massage therapy. Manage appointment timing to ensure punctuality and smooth service flow. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Promote spa services, membership programs, and retail products when appropriate. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends. Qualifications & Skills Valid state license or certification in Massage Therapy. Proficiency in multiple massage modalities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional, reliable, and client-focused demeanor. Physical stamina to perform massage services throughout the workday. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards. Work Environment Spa, salon, or wellness center setting. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend
