Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual needs of our adult patients, utilizing various styles of massage to promote pain relief and overall wellness. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques including deep tissue massage, lymphatic treatment, myofascial release to address patient-specific concerns. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately. Apply knowledge of physiology and anatomy to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery. Educate patients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance recovery outcomes. Maintain a clean, organized treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborate with office providers to integrate massage therapy into comprehensive treatment plans for all patients. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere that fosters trust and comfort for all patients. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification and liability insurance. Proven experience in patient service, including patient assessment and customized treatment planning. Expertise in advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage, neuromuscular, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage massage. Experience with Reiki or craniosacral is a plus. Pay will reflect level of expertise. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage. Previous experience working in a medical or occupational health setting is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about their care options. Commitment to ongoing professional development within the field of massage therapy.

Pay:

$20.00 - $45.00 per hour
