Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand specific concerns, medical histories, and treatment goals. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans aligned with client conditions. Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health strategies to maintain optimal results between sessions. Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment details, client feedback, and progress notes. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic policies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical personnel when necessary to support comprehensive patient care. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and personalized care. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Expertise in advanced techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for pain management. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and customize treatments accordingly. Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills coupled with a professional demeanor dedicated to client well-being.
