Educate clients on pain management strategies and occupational health practices to support their ongoing wellness goals. Maintain detailed records of patient treatments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with medical terminology standards. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, listening attentively, and addressing client questions or concerns. Ensure all treatments comply with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and hygiene protocols. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or med spa staff to optimize patient care and treatment effectiveness. Skills Strong patient service skills with the ability to connect empathetically and professionally with diverse clients. Proficiency in patient assessment techniques to identify individual needs accurately. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced massage modalities. Knowledge of pain management principles and techniques tailored to occupational health or injury recovery. Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring clients feel comfortable, cared for, and satisfied with their experience. Prior experience in med spas or wellness centers is highly desirable for a seamless integration into our team.
