Leading the Ritual of Restoration Bubbles & Mane is a premier 2,500 sq. ft. multi-dimensional wellness sanctuary that beautifully bridges a high-end salon, a clinical spa, a curated retail boutique, and an advanced education space. We are seeking a visionary, highly skilled Senior Massage Therapist who specializes in clinical wellness and is passionate about elevating the industry standard. In this role, you will do more than just manage a book of clients—you will help define our recovery protocols and educate both our guests and junior team members on the "Daily Ritual" of holistic self-care. Brand Leadership & Travel:

As we scale, you will have the opportunity to travel to subsequent national locations to launch new spa departments, train local teams, and oversee brand-wide wellness protocols.

Educator Status:

Lead exclusive masterclasses on Lymphatic Drainage , body sculpting, and advanced anatomy within our dedicated, in-house education space.

Experience a daily workspace boasting 20-foot ceilings, an inspiring "soothing neutral" aesthetic, and an elite clientele that values affordable luxury.

What We Are Looking For Experience:

A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a luxury resort spa, high-end boutique lounge, or clinical wellness setting.

Licensing:

Must hold a valid, active New York State Massage Therapy License .

Technical Expertise:

Proven mastery in Deep Tissue work, Swedish relaxation techniques, and anatomy-focused bodywork. Experience with lymphatic drainage or prenatal work is a major plus.

Communication & Presence:

The confidence to perform live demonstrations, speak passionately about your craft, and articulate the "why" behind your bodywork techniques to an audience.
