NYS Licensed Massage Therapist

Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as medical massage and therapuetic therapy to address individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Creating SOAP notes Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments Greeting Patient at Front desk and Rescheduling Patients before they leave Maintain detailed documentation of each session, including treatment notes and client progress reports Provide outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns with professionalism Adhere strictly to NYS licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and clinic policies at all times Requirements Valid NYS Massage Therapist license in good standing with no disciplinary actions Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and occupational health principles Prior experience working in a medical spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and provide compassionate care Ability to work flexible hours including evenings 3-7 pm or weekends if wanted Commitment to ongoing professional development in massage therapy practices Join us in providing transformative wellness experiences that empower clients to feel their best every day!

Pay:

$50.00 - $70.00 per hour
