Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform both Swedish and Deep Tissue massage with enhancements such as hot stones and aroma therapy Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas Uphold all hygiene and safety standards Promote spa services and wellness products Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for all guests

Requirements:

Valid New York State massage therapy license Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness center preferred Knowledge of multiple massage modalities and willingness to learn additional techniques Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
