401(k) Company parties Competitive salary Job Summary We are seeking a NYS licensed Massage Therapist to join our busy multi-disciplinary wellness center. As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments to your patient's individual needs and health goals. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a holistic wellness team. •Various shifts need, both AM and PM, Mon-Fri. Responsibilities Perform a variety of focused massage treatments, mostly just one or two areas, usually 30 min appointments Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals Ensure a clean and safe facility Complying with all applicable NYS treatment standards, rules, and regulations. Qualifications Hold current NY state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy Excellent verbal communication skills Service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting High level of ethics and integrity. Ability to manage time and multitask
