You will deliver massages, detoxifying body treatments, and related wellness services. Key Responsibilities Provide 60/90‑minute services Customize treatment plans for clients' individual needs. Educate clients on after‑care, self‑drainage, hydration, and mobility best practices. Maintain flawless documentation (SOAP notes, contraindications, progress tracking). Uphold DOH and NYS Board of Massage Therapy standards for sanitation, draping, and client safety. Cross‑promote complementary spa services and retail products to achieve personal & spa revenue goals. Participate in skill‑building workshops (cupping, fascia release, body contouring) and contribute to protocol innovation. Qualifications Active New York State LMT license in good standing (Required) Stellar palpation skills, professional bedside manner, and an eye for aesthetic detail. Comfortable working with high‑net‑worth clientele, maintaining confidentiality, and tailoring luxury experiences. Ability to stand 8-10 hours, lift 25 lbs, and adapt to a fast‑paced, boutique environment. Perks & Benefits Tiered commission structure & retail bonuses.
