About us Polar Opposites Integrative Therapies is a small business in Rochester, NY. We are professional, customer-centric and collaborative. We seamlessly integrate a unique blend of clinically studied, non-invasive therapies that have demonstrated their effectiveness in addressing a wide array of health concerns while fostering holistic wellness and recovery.

- Perform massage therapy techniques to address various client needs and conditions
- Assess clients' medical history, symptoms, and desired outcomes to develop personalized treatment plans
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to inform treatment approach
- Provide deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other specialized techniques as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors or physical therapists, to support patients' overall wellness goals
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and exercises to enhance treatment outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines in all aspects of practice
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients
Requirements:
- Valid certification or license as a Massage Therapist
- Proficiency in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in acute pain management and occupational health is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient service
- Ability to assess patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethical guidelines
