Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs. Utilize your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments. Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health strategies to maintain long-term wellness. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and treatment outcomes. Ensure a welcoming, professional environment that prioritizes exceptional patient service and comfort. Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing training and pain management techniques. Qualifications Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with knowledge of various massage modalities such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism. Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for massage therapy practice. Familiarity with pain management techniques and patient assessment procedures is highly desirable.
