Compensation:
40% Commissionable Revenue per massage. About the Role We are looking for a skilled, professional, and reliable Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing practice in Bowling Green Ohio. Whether you are looking to build a full-time career or want a flexible schedule, we provide the space, supplies and support for you to focus entirely on your clients. You choose your volume—there is no cap on how many massages you can perform, and your pay is a straightforward 40% commission on every massage. What You'll Do Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments (Prenatal, Deep Tissue, etc.) tailored to client needs. Conduct brief intake consultations to understand client goals and medical history. Maintain accurate client SOAP notes and records. Ensure the massage room is clean, sanitized, and inviting for every guest. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in line with Ohio state law.
Required Qualifications Ohio State Medical Board License:
Must hold an active, valid license to practice Massage Therapy in the State of Ohio.
Education:
Completion of a massage therapy program from an accredited school.
Professional Liability Insurance:
Current coverage is required.
