Duties This is contractor /room rental Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client concerns. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health histories, preferences, and areas requiring special attention. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans aligned with client needs. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing pain management or occupational health concerns. Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment details, client feedback, and progress notes in compliance with privacy standards. Ensure a safe, comfortable environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and professional standards at all times. Collaborate with clients to set realistic wellness goals and adjust treatments accordingly for optimal results. Skills Proven experience in patient service with a focus on delivering compassionate, personalized care. Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques to identify specific needs and tailor treatments effectively. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced massage modalities for pain relief. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build trusting relationships with clients. Familiarity with occupational health principles to support clients dealing with work-related musculoskeletal issues. Prior med spa experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with clinical environments and holistic wellness approaches.
