Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a deep passion for holistic wellness, mastery in multiple massage modalities, and the ability to deliver superior client experiences in a fast-paced, spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced massage therapy services
• Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Uphold and model highest spa standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and client confidentiality
• Assist with updating protocols, refining treatment menus, and enhancing guest experiences
• Maintain accurate, detailed client records and recommend aftercare and retail spa products as appropriate
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to an environment of learning and innovation

Requirements:

• Valid and current Ohio Massage Therapy License (Required)
• Minimum 3 years of professional massage therapy experience, preferably in a spa, wellness, or medical setting
• Mastery of multiple massage modalities, with advanced certifications a plus (e.g., neuromuscular, myofascial release, cupping, lymphatic drainage)
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and personal growth in the field
• Leadership, mentoring, or training experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
