Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual health conditions and goals. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments. Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies to support ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed records of patient treatments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or med spa staff to coordinate comprehensive care plans. Ensure a welcoming, professional environment focused on exceptional patient service and satisfaction. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in patient service, customer care, and delivering therapeutic massage treatments. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Skilled in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for effective pain management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and explain treatment benefits clearly.
