Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans, utilizing advanced massage techniques and a thorough understanding of human physiology. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' lives. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend ongoing wellness strategies for pain management and injury prevention Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and industry standards Provide excellent customer service by creating a positive, relaxing experience that encourages repeat visits and client loyalty Experience Valid Ohio state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice professionally Proven experience in patient service, assessment, and delivering various massage techniques such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion
