We are looking for a motivated Licensed Massage Therapist with 1-2 years of experience who has a strong work ethic and a passion for helping clients with chronic pain, injuries, and structural imbalances. This is not a spa environment . Our focus is therapeutic results and professional growth. Responsibilities Perform therapeutic massage sessions tailored to client needs Conduct client intake and maintain SOAP notes Assist clients with chronic pain, postural issues, and recovery support Maintain a clean and professional treatment room Provide excellent client care and professionalism Qualifications Oklahoma Licensed Massage Therapist 1-2 years of experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Interest in therapeutic / medical massage Ability to work Saturdays Experience in the following is a plus: Lymphatic drainage massage Neuromuscular therapy Prenatal massage Cupping Trigle Point Myofascial or structural work Compensation Oklahoma minimum wage ($7.25/hr) for non-session hours 20% - 40% commission per session (based on experience) 100% of tips Performance bonuses available Benefits Professional clinical environment Advanced training opportunities Free monthly massage Flexible schedule Growth potential to full-time Schedule Part-time position with potential to grow into full-time.
